## Rewriting Your Inner Dialogue: From Self-Criticism to Self-Compassion
Description:
Your inner voice shapes everything: how you show up, how you recover from mistakes, and how deeply you allow yourself to rest. But for many of us, that voice turned critical a long time ago. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to recognize old patterns of self-blame, perfectionism, and inner pressure, and gently rewire them into self-trust, safety, and compassion.
Through guided reflection, somatic awareness, and a short group hypnosis experience, you’ll practice shifting from self-attack to self-support, so your mind becomes a place that actually helps you heal and grow.
You’ll Learn How To:
- Recognize when self-blame is disguising itself as “responsibility.”
- Understand why your brain turns inward under stress and how to stop the spiral.
- Use Heart-Focused Breathing to calm your nervous system and return to presence.
- Interrupt the “drama triangle” of Victim, Perpetrator, and Savior in your own thoughts.
- Reframe perfectionism into healthy accountability and self-acceptance.
- Experience a live subconscious rewire exercise to plant new, compassionate beliefs.
- Leave with a practical daily ritual to strengthen your new inner dialogue.
