Quieting the Inner Critic: Meet the Voice and Change the Pattern
If your mind constantly criticizes, pressures, or second-guesses you, you already know that "positive thinking" doesn't work. Maybe you've tried affirmations and they didn't work either.
That's because that voice is a pattern your mind learned.
This session is different.
You won’t just talk about the inner critic. You’ll be guided to meet it. To experience where it comes from, what role it’s been playing, and why it keeps showing up the way it does. From there, we begin to shift the dynamic directly.
Because the inner critic isn’t the problem. It’s a strategy. And once your system finds a new way to feel safe, that voice starts to lose its job.
During this session, you’ll:
• Understand why the inner critic formed
• Experience it as a part of your mind, not who you are
• Shift how you relate to it in real time
• Begin creating a more supportive internal response
You’ll also be guided through a hypnosis experience that works at the level where this pattern lives.
This is subconscious reprogramming in real time. You won’t be trying to calm down or control your thoughts.
You’ll be working directly with the subconscious patterns driving the voice.
No experience needed. Just show up ready to engage.
