How much of the fear we feel comes from what is actually happening, and how much comes from what our minds tell us might happen?
What if I can’t handle it? What if something goes wrong? What if I lose control? What if they leave? These thoughts can create a very real response in the body, even when the feared event hasn’t happened.

In this workshop, we will:
• Explore how fearful thinking keeps the nervous system braced for danger
• Understand how the stories we create in our minds fuel anxiety and fear
• Look at how these patterns become deeply rooted in the subconscious mind
• Begin changing our relationship with the thoughts and stories that scare us

You’ll learn simple tools for interrupting fearful thoughts as they happen, then we’ll move into a powerful hypnosis designed to help you release fearful thinking, strengthen your inner sense of safety, and respond to uncertainty from a more grounded place.
Saturday, October 10 at 11 AM Pacific.
Live on Zoom

Important note: Meetings begin promptly at the scheduled start time. The Zoom room locks 10 minutes after we begin, and there is no entry after that point. Please arrive on time so you don’t miss important information that provides context for the hypnosis or interrupt the group once the hypnotic work is underway.
