Midweek Reset & Rewire is a weekly subconscious reset designed to calm your nervous system, clear internal buildup, and shift the deeper patterns shaping your confidence, self-worth, and emotional state.
Through guided subconscious rewire and nervous system regulation, we soften the inner critic, strengthen self-trust, and install more supportive inner beliefs so you can move through your week with greater clarity, ease, and confidence.

Please arrive on time and settled.
To protect the guided hypnosis portion and maintain a calm, uninterrupted space, entry will close 15 minutes after the start time. Late entry is not possible once the session begins.
