Come join us for a restorative evening of somatic exploration and nervous-system-regulating practices - all to help you deeply reset and unwind, and equip you with practical tools you can use anytime you need to reset and recenter.

Together, we’ll explore how the nervous system responds to stress and why it’s so easy to become stuck in survival states such as fight, flight, freeze, or overwhelm, often leaving us feeling anxious, depleted, disconnected, or constantly “on” (yet exhausted!) From there, we’ll begin working with a variety of gentle, body-based practices designed to support regulation and release.

We'll then unpack my toolkit of nervous system practices to help you downregulate and unwind. This includes somatic movement, TRE (tension release exercises), guided awareness, vocal and tactile tools, restorative breath practices, and more. We won't get through them all in one night (!!) - but we will explore and apply a series of practices with our own bodies to feel the effects in real time.

My intention is for you not only to feel amazing when you leave (which you will!) - but prepared and empowered with simple, effective tools to utilize in your life.

You'll leave with a printed Nervous System Tools resource to guide your continued practice using these tools to release unconscious tension patterns, calming your stress response, and reconnect with your body and mind on the daily.
