Four Elements Forest Hike
Details
Finish off your Fourth of July weekend by slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and sharing a meaningful afternoon in community.
This Four Elements Forest Hike is an intentional journey that's part-hike, part-reflective practice, part-breathwork and part-community connection!
We will be exploring the four elements woven within our walk, pausing for mindfulness and breathwork practices to energize the energy of each element within us. You'll be invited into a reflective practice to connect more deeply with the natural world around you, as a reflection of your inner nature and the elements within. ๐ฒ๐๐ฅ๐ฌ๏ธ
Through the lenses of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, we'll explore different qualities within ourselves: groundedness, flow, transformation, and potentiality, while allowing the natural landscape to become our teacher.
We'll meet at the main entrance to Tryon Creek Nature Park to gather and set intentions for the hike. (We'll move at a relaxed, conversational pace with several stops throughout the hike for guided practices and reflection.)
Along the trail, we'll pause for guided breathwork, mindfulness practices, and reflective questions that invite you to notice not only the beauty around you, but also what's unfolding within. There will be opportunities for quiet personal reflection, as well as optional partner or group sharing for those who wish to connect more deeply.
We'll hike for about 2 hours and return back to our starting point to share some reflections and integration with the group.
You may leave inspired by your connection with the natural world and empowered with rituals to carry forward in your own inner exploration!
Meeting Point: Tryon Creek Nature Park (Main Entrance)
