HU Is an ancient mantra and lovesong. This ancient name for God has been sung for thousands of years in many lands for spiritual unfoldment.
HU can and will uplift people of any religion, culture, or walk of life.

You’re invited to experience this ancient Sound of HU; on the first Thursday of each month, at 7pm for an online chanting of this most sacred mantra and lovesong. The chanting of HU will last for about twenty minutes, followed by a contemplative period, and then a spiritual conversation with others of like heart will explore experiences on how HU has helped you.

You will experience many benefits of singing HU regularly: like, inner peace and calm, divine love, expanded awareness, spiritual self-discovery and growth, healing of the heart.
