What we’re about

This yoga meet up has been around for a number of years now.  Sharing yoga with the community is very important to me and I want to keep this alive for members to continue their yoga practice.   Since the original organizer stepped down and the group was about to be shut down - I decided to step up.  And the timing couldn't be more perfect.  I am so excited to be able to share my passion for yoga with the community.

I  continue to reach out to different venues in Toronto to find new places for us to practice yoga.  The main ideas is the same - accessible yoga for all! 

Yoga is much more than the physical practice - it is nourishment for the body, mind and spirit.  I will do my best to deliver well rounded practices that challenge you physically, encourage mindfulness, share techniques for finding balance both on and off the mat.

Feel free to share any suggestions with me ~ I look forward to our partnership.  One teaches to/two learn.
