This Zen Circle meetup is all about slowing down, getting a little creative, and enjoying easy conversation in a warm, supportive space.

We’ll be pottery painting at Fired Arts Cafe, giving ourselves permission to switch off, be present, and reconnect with ourselves and each other.

At the cafe, you’ll choose a piece to paint and make it your own. No experience needed, just come as you are.
