The Reset Protocol: Nervous System Regulation for AI Week
Location not specified yetLisbon AI Week moves fast: talks, demos, networking, screens, caffeine, repeat. The Reset Protocol is a hands-on session designed to help you step out of the noise, reset, and come back sharper.
Led by Nataliia Kolesnykova of LovEnergy, the workshop combines breathwork, grounding, and simple somatic techniques to support focus, energy, and nervous-system regulation.
No long lectures and no passive sitting. You'll practice everything in real time and leave with practical tools you can use between talks, before a meeting, after a stressful moment, or whenever you need to reset.
Nataliia brings 15 years of experience in somatic work and has facilitated sessions for tech and Web3 communities in Lisbon, including at NFC Summit.
AI Week is full of ideas. This session is a chance to reconnect with the human system behind them. Come for the reset. Leave focused, grounded, and ready for what's next.

CryptoFriday x Lisbon AI Week — AI Agents: Can We Trust Them?
Location not specified yetCryptoFriday is The Block's community social, running since 2017. For Lisbon AI Week, we're theming it around one of the hottest questions in tech right now: can we trust autonomous AI agents?
AI agents are starting to execute real actions like trading, payments and financial decisions, but they're hard to audit and predict. AI is scaling faster than the trust we can place in it.
The evening opens with a short, informal talk by Tyler M (EZ Labs / VeriMesh), including a live demo of a trading agent and an audience challenge: propose an action and see how the system verifies or rejects it. Then we open the floor. Would you trust an AI agent to trade your money? What would it need to prove first?
Followed by open networking. The place where everyone who spent AI Week in workshops and talks finally meets. Drinks, community and real conversation.This is one of our last CryptoFridays at The Block. After all these years of Fridays together, come celebrate the community one more time.
