This presentation aims to give a thought or two to the next technical and non-technical challenges of Bitcoin.
After briefly examining the past development and the current state of the technology, we will delve into the different areas for improvement and future possibly contentious debates.

About the venue

The Block is a "work café", located in the very heart of Lisbon. It’s a friendly, hybrid space between a traditional coworking office and a coffee shop.
The Block Community mainly consists of Blockchain related entrepreneurs, but we aim at welcoming every digital nomad, regardless of their field of expertise nor interests.
The Block is the first venue in Lisbon to accept Bitcoin and other crypto-currencies.
