Part of my work is to think about how to architect weird things in Bitcoin. Custody, or how to safekeep your bitcoins, is very hard and crucial for individuals but even more for companies like exchanges, funds and others.
You probably have used a wallet, you might have used an exchange, you may own a hardware wallet. When is security "enough"? Well, it depends.

I will present and discuss how far things can go in Bitcoin, show you the layers of complexity you can put in place to make it extremely hard for anybody to steal coins. Of course it's not about what you should do, but it will give you an idea of how powerful Bitcoin script is... and what are the costs.
