It is our honor to invite attorney Clara Lin to give a presentation on the Tornado.Cash case that is currently under investigation in the United States and Europe. An Amsterdam-based developer, Alex Pertsev, is accused of creating open-source code that was used by Tornado.Cash. After the speech, she will perform a live concert with the Traditional Chinese Instrument Hu Lu Si.
Clara Lin studied Law and Economics at Hamburg University, Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Aix-Marseille University; where she obtained her LLM Degree. She received a Masters of Law from Beijing Foreign Studies University. She is a law practitioner and excelled in the Chinese National Judicial Examination. With command of 7 languages (Russian, Spanish, English, Dutch, German, Chinese Mandarin, and Chinese Cantonese; she has abundant experience with international and transnational legal affairs. Her specialties include legal consultancy, litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. She is also a crypto lawyer with significant experience in blockchain technology.
Clara Lin is also a musician with 20 years of practice in the Traditional Chinese Instrument, Hu Lu Si. She has given more than 100+ performances including at the city council of Birmingham UK, Den Haag municipality and the Netherlands Chinese New Year Gala organized by the Chinese embassy.
