What we’re about
Check out our website to find BAME business in Bristol. http://www.bmecollective.co.uk/
Find yourself wanting to go to social events with individuals who share similar cultural views? Perhaps you are new to Bristol and looking fun cultural activities?
This group is for BAME people of the South West.
Some of the events to expect are day trips out to concerts, restaurants, comedy shows, cinema, theatre, BBQs and more. We have a keen interest in events related to the Afro-Caribbean diaspora, this will include panels, movies/ documentaries, and traditional festivals.
We welcome all good people!
The aim of the group is to bring people together as a collective.
Got an idea, suggestion or an event? We encourage our members to become involved in the group. Just message one of the leadership team - there are so many events going on and we don’t see them all.

See all- Nicole Wray/ Lady Wray live at Lost HorizonLost Horizon Arts Centre & Bar, Bristol
I'm seeing Nicole Wray live at Lost Horizons next Friday evening (Fri 24th May 2024). For 60's/70's soul lovers, this is one for you. Her music is pretty much 60's/ 70's classic soul-blues, but she'll of course be playing a few of her 00's R&B hits for the millennials - old school soul for the rest.
Tickets only £19 from https://dice.fm/event/l7p8p-lady-wray-24th-may-lost-horizon-bristol-tickets?lng=en

Later, in 1998, she had a debut solo album and a single that smashed up radio and TV, quickly going gold. The multi-million-streamed artist heads to Bristol's Lost Horizon to perform an intimate night of her classics 'Make It Hot', 'Guilty', 'Piece Of Me', and 'Come On In'.
