About us
A fine dining group for people in their 40s to 60s who appreciate quality dining and Brisbane’s evolving restaurant scene. I previously ran a successful fine dining club in Brisbane and am now relaunching it as I enter a new stage of life with more time to dedicate to it again.
We meet once a fortnight for carefully curated dining experiences at some of Brisbane’s most interesting restaurants. Group sizes are kept to 8–10 people to encourage easy, inclusive conversation. Venues will range from respected CBD institutions and riverside dining to standout restaurants across Brisbane’s key dining precincts.
The focus is on relaxed, unhurried evenings around the table, an appreciation of well-prepared food and good wine, and enjoying Brisbane’s most interesting restaurants in an elegant yet comfortable setting.
To help ensure a smooth dining experience and minimise billing complications, we will generally select set menus such as banquets, degustation, or chef’s selection menus. This allows the group to enjoy a shared experience with minimal disruption at the table.
Guests will pay individually for their drinks on the night where required. In cases where the full bill is managed centrally, payments can be made to me via PayID or cash after the meal, and I will settle the account directly with the venue.
To help ensure full tables and minimise no-shows, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. A $10 Meetup fee per person per event also applies to cover platform costs.
