About the Waterfall Rappelling:

Waterfall rappelling (also known as canyoning or waterfall abseiling) is an adventure sport where you descend a steep, cascading waterfall using a rope and specialized friction devices. You walk backward down the slippery rock face while the rushing water crashes around you. The current waterfall rappelling height is around 150ft.

About the Hike:

Sindola fort trek is one of the lesser-known treks in the very popular region of Maharashtra. It is situated in the Malshej ghat in Junnar region at an altitude of 3,680 ft from the sea level.
Sindola fort dates back to similar times of Nimgiri and Hadsar. This fort was used as a watchtower as it offers a complete view of Malshej Ghat, Pargaon village and other famous forts.
The fort is very small compared to other famous forts in the Junnar region. However, the ruins of bastions, few water reservoirs and a Ganesha idol at the entrance, are at the top of the fort will set you wondering of the beauty. The rock-cut steps while climbing to the pinnacle will leave you astonished.

Itinerary:

Day 01 – Friday
10:00 PM: Departure from Hyderabad (3AC Train – Mumbai Express)
Boarding Points: Nampally, Begumpet, Lingampally

Day 02 – Saturday

09:00 AM: Arrival at Pune
09:30 AM: Travel to Sindola fort base (will have lunch on way)
01:30 PM: Reach Base
02:00 PM: Start trek to Sindola fort
05:00 PM: Reach summit – sunset & photography
07:00 PM: Return to base and drive to Walhivale village
09:00 PM: Dinner and home stay

Day 03 – Sunday

05:00 AM: Wake-up call
06:00 AM: Start hiking towards Secret waterfall rappelling
07:00 AM: Reach waterfall and start rappelling
12:00 AM: Descend to base village and have lunch
01:00 PM: Departure to Pune
05:00 PM: Train to Hyderabad

Day 04 – Monday

05:00 AM: Arrival at Hyderabad

Remaining: ₹3000/- (to be paid 14 days before the event)

⚠️ Tickets for the trek will open on June 20th as per the new 60-day booking regulation, and they are expected to get filled within 1–2 days. Hence, it is recommended to confirm the payment at the earliest to avoid any last-minute issues. Confirmations made after June 20th may have a revised cost with an additional ₹500 and Tatkal Charges: ₹600/- extra
