Join us for a meaningful morning at Khajaguda, our favorite outdoor adventure spot, as we come together to clean up and preserve its natural beauty. Whether you're a hiker, climber, or simply someone who loves nature, this is your chance to give back to the space that gives us so much.

We’ll be picking up trash along the trails, rocks, and surrounding areas. It’s a casual, feel-good event where you’ll meet like-minded folks, enjoy some fresh air, and help keep Khajaguda wild and wonderful.

Event: Beginners Rappelling and Rock Climbing for kids at Khajaguda

Time :6 AM to 10 AM

Difficulty Level: Beginners, first-timers are welcome.

Location: Khajaguda hills at 6am to 9:30am
Rappelling Rock Height: 30 feet

Age Group: 7 years to 14yrs

Event Fee: ₹250 per head

Khajaguda is 1 km away from West Durgam Cheruvu. This place has a lot of boulders, a lake and numerous amazing caves. We will hike from the place to the lake nearby and then back to the rocks. We will be doing basic rock climbing and chimney. There are many peacocks on these rocks.

Perfect as an introductory adventure, Rock Climbing and related adventure activities have a psychological application in boosting confidence and courage as it facilitates an attitude of overcoming challenges.

Our goal is to facilitate fun, informative, inspirational and recreational outdoor rock climbing experiences.

These Recreational programs can start with kids as young as 6 years in age. These programs focus on learning the basics of the sport including safety (always!), how to belay (catching a climber with a rope when they fall), climbing technique, and having fun. Along with sport climbing and bouldering, they often they mix in other things like slack lines, zip lines, and other activities that help build strength and coordination

> Kids Age Criteria: 7 - 14 year Old
> Tee shirt, Tracks - No shorts please. Cap advised to protect from sunlight.
> Shoes are a MUST for both kids and parents.
> Water - at least 2 litres per head. Please try to bring reusable bottles and avoid plastic.
> Guardian is must with Kid. Only kids will do the rappelling activity.

Hike Name: Date with Fireflies at Rajmachi
Hike Dates: May 30th to June 2nd, 2025
Difficulty Level: Moderate (Depends on the weather, Prior hiking experience preferred)
Max Altitude: 3600 Feet (1097m)
Age Group: 18 to 40 years (Not for kids)
Group Size: Maximum of 14 participants excluding organizers.

About:
As we eagerly anticipate the arrival of the monsoon season, we're excited to welcome the enchanting firefly season in the Western Ghats jungles. During May and June, thousands of fireflies light up the skies around Mumbai and Pune before the rains begin. Join us on the Rajmachi Fort Trek, one of Maharashtra's prime spots for firefly sightings. We will trek till the base village of Rajmachi Fort and spot fireflies after sunset around the Udhewadi village.

Tentative Itinerary:
Day 01 - Friday
10:30 PM: Depart from Hyderabad via Mumbai Express. Boarding Points: Nampally, Begumpet, and Lingampally.
Day 02 - Saturday
12:00 PM: Arrive at Kalyan and proceed to the base point via local transport.
02:00 PM: Have lunch and commence the trek.
06:00 PM: Reach the summit and enjoy a beautiful sunset.
08:00 PM: Dinner time, prepare for the firefly trek to the top of Shriwardhan Fort. Trek amidst the fireflies and admire the stunning night view of the city from the summit.
10:00 PM: Time to rest at the shared accommodation.
Day 03 - Sunday
04:00 AM: Wake-up call, freshen up.
05:30 AM: Begin the trek to Manaranjan Fort, shrouded in clouds.
10:00 AM: Return from the trek, have breakfast, and start the journey back to Lonavala. Trek halfway down, then proceed to the railway station via shared vehicles.
04:45 PM: Catch the Hyderabad Express from Lonavala Station.
Day 04 - Monday
05:30 AM: Arrive in Hyderabad.

Refund Policy:

About:
Kalavantin Pinnacle, located on the northeast side of Panvel at 2250 ft on the Mumbai-Pune road, forms a distinctive V-shape visible from the express highway. The one on the left is Kalavantin Durg, and the one on the right side is Prabalgad. Kalavantin Durg is considered one of the best trekking spots in the Sahyadri mountain range, offering a dangerous yet thrilling trekking experience and providing an awesome opportunity for rock climbing at great heights. Camping atop the pinnacle hill at night promises an unforgettable adventure.

Difficulty level: Easy to Medium with slippery climbs. People who are fit can RSVP. The trek demands sharing, endurance, adjustment and discipline.

Itinerary:
Day 01 - Friday:
10:00 PM: Depart from Hyderabad via Mumbai Express.
Boarding Points: Nampally, Begumpet and Lingampally. ( 3tier AC )

Day 02 - Saturday:
10:00 AM: Arrival at Lonavala Station
12:00 PM: Board a bus to the base village entrance. Start trek to base village.
1:30 PM Reach base village Thakurwadi and have lunch
03:00 PM: Start trek to prabalghad
5:00 PM Reach the summit, enjoy sunset view, take pictures and start back to base village.
9:00 PM Reach base village. Have dinner and sleep

Day 03 - Sunday:
05:00 AM wake up call
06:00 AM: Start trek to the Kalavantin Durg
08:00 AM Reach summit, enjoy sunrise view, take pictures
11:00 AM Return to Base Village.
01:00 PM: Departure to Karjat.
03:00 PM: Board Train to Hyderabad.

Day 04 - Monday:
05:00 AM: Arrival at Hyderabad.
