NOTICE! Day is different than usual because of Valentine's Day. We are meeting on TUESDAY instead of Wednesday so all the love birds can still come to the meetup!

This week we will be joined David Larson, broker of DL Realty. David has sold real estate across the country including shopping centers and apartments and has been instrumental in the development and sale of student housing in Reno. David entered the real estate brokerage business by first being a long-term buy and hold real estate investor himself learning the keys to profit and avoiding the pitfalls along the way.

He is currently working on a continuing education class that is all geared towards educating agents on how to buy and manage long-term rental properties. This week at the meetup we will get a sneak peek on some of those lessons and learn from David about the keys to building a successful residential rental portfolio.
