Listening In: A Nervous System-Centered Breathwork Workshop

34038 US Hwy 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL, US

These monthly workshops are an invitation to slow down and come home to yourself.

    Reserve my spot!

Each gathering is a 2.5-hour, in-person embodiment and healing workshop designed to support nervous system regulation, self-connection, and gentle self-inquiry. While each month will explore a different theme, every workshop includes a full session of Introspective Breathwork Therapy (IBT) alongside additional practices such as grounding, guided reflection, embodied awareness, and intentional rest.
This is not a space for fixing yourself or pushing toward who you think you should be. It’s a space to be seen, witnessed, and supported exactly as you are, and to explore what becomes possible when the body feels safe enough to soften.

Workshops are held once a month on the last Sunday, from 4:00–6:30 pm. Each session stands alone while also offering continuity for those who choose to attend regularly.

There is an investment of $55 to join this breath workshop. You do not need prior breathwork experience. You only need a willingness to show up honestly, with whatever is present.

Introspective Breathwork® Therapy can help with:

    • Chronic stress or feeling “stuck” in survival mode
    • Anxiety, overwhelm, or nervous system dysregulation
    • Difficulty relaxing, resting, or feeling safe in the body
    • Emotional numbness or feeling disconnected from yourself
    • Processing experiences that feel hard to put into words
    • Transitions, grief, or periods of uncertainty
    • Rebuilding trust in your intuition or inner voice
    • Creating more capacity for presence, self-awareness, and self-compassion

Breathwork is everywhere right now, but what is actually happening in the body when we consciously change the way we breathe?

In this live virtual workshop, we’ll explore the science behind breathwork and why it can be such a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and personal transformation.

This session is designed for beginners, the breathwork-curious, and anyone who wants to better understand how the breath influences stress, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

    During this workshop, you’ll learn:
    • How the breath directly impacts the nervous system
    • The role of the vagus nerve in stress and regulation
    • The different types of breathwork: from calming techniques to deeper transformational approaches
    • What makes trauma-informed and integrative breathwork different
    • Why safety and integration matter in deeper breath practices
You’ll also be guided through a short, gentle experiential practice so you can feel the impact of conscious breathing in your own body.

This is not an intense session. This is educational, introductory, and grounded in nervous system awareness.

No prior experience is needed. Just come curious.
