BioDynamic Play grounds your body and nervous system into a restorative, naturally open state before launching you onto a vibrant dance floor full of play and possibility! The intention is to bring you home to your own body and being as a sanctuary of restoration and resilience, while simultaneously expanding your capacity for imagination and joy. Live improvised vocals and soundscapes specifically crafted for this dance floor will be woven throughout DJed tracks. WE will connect and play! The event will close with a healing sensory bath.

Ali Fischer is a fascia bodyworker, somatic therapist, embodiment coach, yogi, and movement extraordinaire. BioDynamic Movement is born from Ali’s synthesized experience as a professional manual and movement therapist/artist. She is fully committed to the dance floor as a place for deep transformation and healing. She believes that if you can change it on the dance floor, you can change it in your life. With a long history in professional dancing and the healing arts, she has found her soul’s home and family in the Ecstatic Dance playground and feels immense gratitude to be able to offer these teachings to the ED community.
Alyson Greenfield is a singer/songwriter, rapper, composer, choreographer, and creator whose projects have been seen and/or heard on WNYC, Fox, Lifetime, The New York Times, The New Yorker, HuffPost, LA Examiner, The Hype, Glamour, Teen Vogue, and more. She can often be seen performing at The Public Theater with her electronic project POLYVOX alongside collaborator Joe McGinty (Moby, Gotye, The Psychedelic Furs), in the studio recording her hip hop project ALY G with Grammy Nominated Producer Baby Paul (Nas, J Dilla, Angie Stone), or dancing on an ecstatic dance floor. Greenfield is incredibly passionate about arts empowerment and all people tapping into their joyful, creative nature, and has co-produced arts empowerment workshops for educators with institutions including Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Gibney Dance, Jazz at Lincoln Center, The Apollo Theater, The Museum of the City of New York, El Museo del Barrio, and more.

Rachel Lillian is an Intuitive Eating & Ayurvedic Counselor, Reiki Master, and Ceremonialist based in Brooklyn & the Hudson Valley. Rachel's passions include holding sacred space for groups, and providing 1-1 astrological support & energy work for the preparation and integration of altered mental states.
