I am excited to announce that this Sunday we are back at Suryaside Yoga Studio located in Sunnyside to move together and enjoy our pure embodied aliveness! You can expect fun and relaxing music along with people who just want to feel good in their moving bodies while connecting with others.

We will be using Biodynamic Movement as usual to warm up and strengthen your body, discovering more grace and ease 'off the yoga' mat. This class is a heart-centered conscious dance practice that will connect you to your ultimate physical transmitter and receiver substance and vibe generator - the fascia (now considered an actual organ). You will have fun doing so as you learn to become your own bodyworker and embody movement medicine, bringing in more joy, relaxation, creativity, play and inspiration for your life. All movement and yoga experience levels are welcome.

Please wear comfortable clothes to move and stretch in and bring a small towel for sweat and water bottle.

Ali Fischer is a fascia bodyworker, somatic therapist, embodiment coach, yogi, and movement extraordinaire. BioDynamic Movement is born from Ali’s synthesized experience as a professional manual and movement therapist/artist. She is fully committed to the dance floor as a place for deep transformation and healing. She believes that if you can change it on the dance floor, you can change it in your life. With a long history in professional dancing and the healing arts, she has found her soul’s home and family in the Ecstatic Dance Yogi playground and feels immense gratitude to be able to offer these teachings in the Sunnyside community.
