Dance Beyond x Reboot NYC: A Beach Dance Collaboration

Join us for a special collaboration between Dance Beyond and RebootNYC to wrap up August summer with an evening of movement, dance, and connection. Ecstatic Dance meets Reboot NYC's 3-Channel Dance on a night unlike any other.

No phones. No drinks. Just you, the sand beneath your feet, and the artistry and magic that Dance Beyond and Reboot bring together.

What to Expect:

• Movement workshops
• Ecstatic Dance
• 3-Channel Wireless Headset DJ Dance
• Closing Soundbath
• A multicultural vibe only found in a city as diverse as New York

Come reconnect ~ with nature, with movement, and with each other.

Dancing at the beach is medicine. Bring your family, friends, or come solo and connect with an inclusive, welcoming crew of dancers and music lovers. This event is alcohol and drug free—let's keep it conscious and community-centered. And remember, NO phones or alcohol within the boundaries set for the dance.

5:45 – 6:00 PM — Opening Circle
6:00 – 7:30 PM — Ecstatic Dance with 2Melo & Joey Greiner
7:30 – 10:00 PM — RebootNYC ~ with Billy, Edwin, and crew
10:00 – 10:30 PM — Closing

🎟 Entry:
Reserving your headset is recommended ahead of time. Walk-ups are welcome, but headsets ARE limited.

👶 Kid headsets are available upon request for free, but if you can, make a donation. No strict age limit—please use your best judgment.

# 🚌 Shuttle Ride to the Beach and Back

Departs: Crossroads Café @ 2:00 PM
119 Knickerbocker Ave, Brooklyn

To: Summer Dance Beachboot, Beach 35th St, Far Rockaway

Returns: Departs Far Rockaway @ 10:30 PM, arriving back at Crossroads Café the same night.
Shuttle Bus tickets available.

💬 Things to Bring:

• A towel or blanket
• Reusable water bottle
• Something to share (snack, fruit, juice, etc.)
• Layers (it can get chilly after sunset)
• Good vibes

We will have beverages, fruits and snacks available for free until supplies last. We encourage folks to bring a reusueable water bottle.

• Headsets are not waterproof. If one is damaged due to water exposure, we kindly ask for reimbursement.
• Swimming ends at 6 PM for safety reasons.
• Dogs are NOT allowed at the beach.
