  • Samhain Retreat

    Prince William Forest Park

We're planning a Samhain retreat at the Oak Ridge Campground in Prince William Forest, VA on Saturday October 30.

We will be arriving around noon on Saturday and packing up by 11:30 am on Sunday. We are planning to host a Samhain ritual Saturday evening to honor those we lost and gather as a community before we head into the colder and darker months. We are also hoping that beautiful and brilliant Fireflies will contribute their talents and host sessions for interested people. Sessions might include foraging, birdwatching, mythology, tarot, really whatever you would love to teach and talk about.

For those who would like to camp with us, we are booking individual campsites on Loop A, campsites A01-A17. The cost is $26 per campsite and we can fit two tents on each campsite. If you don't want to camp but just want to come for the day/evening, you're more than welcome!

To sign up and help with carpools, sessions, and supplies, please complete this Google Doc:

Please sign up by October 15 so we can then assign carpools, figure out supplies, and finalize the agenda.

This is in-person only event open to all members of the Firefly House.
Please let us know if you have any questions!
