Community Support Circle

At the heart of this gathering is a gentle remembering: those who give so much to others also deserve to be held.
This space is created for the ones who carry much for many — the caregivers, the space holders, the listeners, the guides — who so often place themselves at the bottom of their own list.
We are offering a Sacred Space where you can soften, be supported, and be held energetically by community.
This is not a therapy group.
It is a circle of presence.
A place to arrive as you are.
To be seen.
To be heard.
To be witnessed with compassion and without fixing.
