WHAT IS A WOMEN’S CIRCLE?
A women’s circle is a sacred, trauma-informed space where women step out of performance and into presence. Together, through embodied practices, reflection and ritual, we reconnect, with our inner self-worth, soften perfection and feel deeply seen and supported.
