## Purpose of the Group

This group exists to help people create space in their homes without pressure or perfection.
We meet to gently declutter one area at a time, using short, practical sessions that fit into real life.
It’s not about having a Pinterest-perfect home.
It’s about:

  • feeling calmer in your space
  • reducing visual and mental noise
  • building confidence through small, doable actions
  • learning how to let go without guilt

We combine 20 minutes of hands-on decluttering with a short, supportive talk so you leave lighter, clearer, and encouraged.
