By signing up this event, you and your guest (if applicable) (referred as "you") have confirmed that:

you MUST NOT attend if displaying symptoms of Covid-19 or living in a household (or have been in close contact) with someone else who has a possible or confirmed Covid-19 or have been tested positive for Covid-19.

you MUST inform Brian Ng if displaying symptoms of Covid-19 or have been tested positive for Covid-19 within 14 days after the session and MUST provide full name and contact number upon every booking (even if you have provided your details before) to assist with NHS Test and Trace.

Description:
- This session is open to all players: maximum 13 players on 2 courts. They can rotate across 2 courts but social distancing must be maintained.
We will play doubles and single games (only if there are less players).
- All attendees MUST sign in at the reception - mandatory.
Don't come too early as you won't be allowed into the building. If early, all attendees must wait outside the building 15 mins before the session - don't go inside yourself.
Please arrive changed and ready to play. No access to changing rooms, showers and water fountains.
There are 2 badminton halls at Bacon's College. We are at the main hall with wooden flooring (not sports hall). Ask for your host / LCWBC.
- Session fee: £9 per person, payable in advance upon booking (+60p for Meetup processing fee) and no cash payment. Please use UK debit card only in your Paypal.

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If we are unable to run a session, you will be offered a replacement. If you cannot attend anymore after making a booking, please update RSVP to remove your place by clicking 'Edit RSVP' and changing RSVP to 'Not going'. No-show will be banned.

Bring your own hand sanitiser. Thoroughly wash your hands (in accordance with Government guidance) or use own hand sanitiser immediately before and after play.

Don't share racket, drinks or water bottle. Bring your own equipment/racket and drinks (as access to water fountains is restricted).

Don't make physical contact with other players, e.g. shaking hands or high fiving. No gatherings once the session has finished.

Feather shuttlecocks will be provided. Thoroughly wash your hands immediately afterwards in line with Government guidance or use own hand sanitiser.

Don't touch equipment such as nets, posts or floor mops. If they do, players are reminded to thoroughly wash their hands immediately afterwards in line with Government guidance or use own hand sanitiser.

Stay at least 2m away from other players (including during play) as far as possible, when taking breaks and before and after play.

For doubles, consider agreeing in advance which player will take the shot if a shuttle travels to the centre of the court.
