Electric Communities Open Sourcing Hackathon!

Are you interested in restoring the first decentralized "Metaverse"? Just like how we supported the restoration of Habitat, we're doing it again with Electric Communities! Electric Communities was formed to develop a secure, distributed platform for online socialization and commerce.

It created the E programming language and did pioneering research into many modern programming techniques, such as web apps, promises/futures. EC later grew to include the work of The Palace Inc, and Onlive Technologies.

We're mostly going to need a bunch of developers, but a good group of designers, copywriters, video editors, techs, and more can really help us document the process of open sourcing the work. So swing in and help us make and record history! Check out our GitHub page to find out more!
