Every Sunday morning, we take a walk.

It’s not a therapy session. It’s just a group of men walking together—talking honestly about what we’re going through, what we’re thinking about, and what it means to try and show up fully in this world as men. No pressure to share. No need to perform. Just a space where you can be real.

These walks are part of The Men's Circle, a growing community of guys who are done trying to go it alone. We meet weekly to unpack the layers of masculinity we’ve inherited, challenge the silence that so many men live with, and support each other in showing up better—for ourselves, our people, and our lives.

The Sunday walks are especially good if you're new. They're relaxed, informal, and outdoors. You get to meet some of the guys and hear what the group is about, without having to jump into a full circle right away. You can talk or just walk. Either way, you're welcome.

We meet every Sunday at 9am sharp in front of Peet’s on Lakeshore Avenue in Oakland.

Grab a coffee if you want. Wear comfortable shoes. Show up curious.
Whether you're struggling, thriving, or just somewhere in the middle, there's a place for you here.
