Simple Sitting Meditation
Details
In these sessions, I will be doing guided meditations where we simply sit and notice what arises.
There is no agenda and no plan for how these sessions unfold. I might start off simply by asking us to notice what is already present. By becoming aware of what’s going on in our heads and in our body.
Then, the meditation may take on a life of its own.
Our job is to simply be present to what arises. We may notice the mind moving and chattering about. Or we may notice that it’s completely silent.
The goal here, if there is one, is to simply let ourselves be as we are.
