My experience is in the whole world of project, programme and portfolio management. I'm into each and every aspect of the PPPM world. I love the challenge of delivering a project 'right' within the constraints of time, scope and quality to a successful conclusion. I love the challenge that a programme presents with the juggling of interdependencies between projects and the resourcing issues that multiple projects present. I particularly love the decision making process around choosing the 'right' projects for an organisation.
Above all, all the above should only be tackled if a strong business case can be made that focuses on the benefits to be derived both financial and non-financial while aligned to your organisation's strategies.
