Panel: As organisations evolve, so too must the structures that support change and strategy. PMOs and EPMOs have long been staples in managing transformation—but are they still fit for purpose? This panel explores how these offices are adapting to shifting organisational demands. Are they enabling agility and strategic alignment, or becoming outdated? Hear what our panellists are seeing in practice—and bring your toughest questions to the table.
