My name is Carlo Mariani, Founder of ThePropertyCoach and Chief Hacker of the PropertyHack.Club
I am a father, a husband and a full-time Property Investor and Entrepreneur. I started investing in SA in 2003 and never looked back. Made lots of great deals and a fair (unnecessary) amount of mistakes.

My life’s passion and the reason for this Group is to support Aspiring, Novice, Growing and Experienced Property Investor to Fast Track their Property Success.
