What we’re about
Scratching Post has been dedicated to helping feral, lost and abandoned cats find forever homes for more than 30 years. We house and shelter over 150 cats and find homes for over 250 a year. We are a 501(c)(3) registered charity. We are always looking for volunteers to foster and socialize kittens and to get them ready for adoption, not to mention helping in their care. We are located in Silverton on Plainfield Rd. Check us out on Facebook to see ways you can support us in our mission.
Come and join us in our many events to support cats in the Cincinnati area. We also give tours and opportunities for families to meet future feline members of their families.
