Auburn Brisk n' Hilly Street Walk

In place of this week's Hidden Falls hike, let's hit the streets to avoid potential slip 'n slides on the wet trail after Wednesday's storm.
We'll start at Railhead Park in Auburn (175 Pacific Avenue) and do a brisk 5-ish mile walk with 650-ish feet of elevation gain. Our route will take us through neighborhoods at the edge of the American River Canyon with lovely views of the canyon, the American River, and snow on the distant mountains.
Bring good walking shoes, plenty of water, snacks, layered clothing and a smile.
