## 🌿 The Sober Rebel Club for System-Impacted Women — Bay Area
Alcohol-Free • Wellness • Nature • Connection • Community
Welcome, Rebel.
This is a dedicated alcohol-free community for women who are choosing a sober lifestyle and want a genuine connection without substances.
The Sober Rebel Club is a trauma-informed, women-led space rooted in nervous-system safety, healing, movement, and meaningful friendship — without alcohol.
This is not a general wellness or social group.
It is a sober container designed to support women who are living alcohol-free and want a community that truly aligns with that choice.

## 🧡 Who This Group Is For
This group is for women who:
✔️ Are living alcohol-free
✔️ Are sober or in recovery
✔️ Are system-impacted (incarceration, rehab, group homes)
✔️ Are healing from trauma, burnout, or anxiety
✔️ Want friendships that don’t revolve around drinking
✔️ Value nervous-system safety and real connection
✔️ Are committed to a sober lifestyle
This group is not for social drinking, “moderation,” or substance-neutral spaces.
You don’t need to label yourself or have a specific sobriety timeline —
but participation does require choosing not to drink.
***
## 🔥 Why “Sober Rebel”?
Because choosing sobriety in a culture that glamorizes alcohol is radical.
Because women deserve peace, clarity, and safety.
Because we heal faster when we’re supported — not pressured.
This isn’t about deprivation.
It’s about reclaiming your nervous system, your energy, and your life.

🪞 Weekly Reflections
·OnlineOnline# 🪞WEEKLY REFLECTIONS (SUNDAY RESET)
### A 30-Minute Check-In for Sober Rebel Women Ready to Grow
Every Sunday evening, we gather for a simple but powerful 30-minute virtual check-in to close out the week and reset with intention.
This space is designed specifically for system-impacted, sober-curious, and sober-committed women who want accountability, community, and a judgment-free place to reflect and grow.
Together, we explore three essential questions designed to build emotional resilience and alignment:### ✨ 1. Celebrate Your Wins
What were 2–3 things you accomplished, protected, or showed up for this week?
Big or small — every win deserves to be witnessed.### ⚡ 2. Identify Obstacles
What got in the way?
What challenged you, drained you, or threw you off your routine?
This is a space for honesty, not shame.### 🎯 3. Set Your Intentions
What 2–3 goals will you focus on in the week ahead?
We support each other in choosing goals that are realistic, nourishing, and aligned with your Sober Rebel journey.***
### 🌱 Why It Matters
Weekly reflection is one of the strongest tools for:
- Maintaining sobriety
- Strengthening self-awareness
- Tracking emotional and nervous-system patterns
- Staying connected to a supportive community
- Building momentum toward your long-term vision
You don’t need to prepare anything — just show up as you are.
This is your soft landing space.
Your reset button.
Your Rebel community. 🌿***

✨🚛 📦 WE'RE MOVING!!! | Sober Rebel Club Update Call
·OnlineOnlineDear Rebel,
I’m so excited to invite you into our next chapter. We’re officially moving the Sober Rebel Club for Women community over to Skool so we can have everything we need in one place—connection, support, tools, and growth.
During this online event, I’ll walk you through what the community looks like inside Skool so you can see exactly how it works, where everything lives, and jump right in feeling connected and supported right away. No guessing. No overwhelm—just a clear, welcoming space designed for your recovery and growth.
Inside Skool, the FAST Method (Foundation, Accountability, Support, Tools) and the 3 Pillars (Nourishment, Self-Care, Personal Development) are woven throughout every layer of the community—posts, reflections, coaching calls, courses, and conversations—so you’re supported in real, practical ways.
Everything you currently have access to in MeetUp is available in Skool and more, including:
- Direct messaging with other Rebels and me
- Weekly prompts, reflections, and community conversations
- Access to foundational courses and resources
- Clear community tiers so you can choose the level of support that fits you best
It’s simply a more connected, interactive, and supportive space—and there’s so much room for growth here.
I’ll keep the MeetUp group open until May 10 (when my subscription ends) to help ease the transition and fuel this new community. After that, Skool will be our home base.
I can’t wait to show you around and welcome you inside. 💛
(CLICK HERE TO JOIN—check out the tiers and jump in when you’re ready.)With so much love and rebellion,
Vanessa 🖤✨PS. If you can't make this call, I will host multiple as we get closer to May to help folks who join the MeetUp group. Once you are in Skool, we can communicate there. Also, feel free to click on the link to join before the call!

🌱 Weekly 3-Pillar Integration Lab
·OnlineOnlineFrom Insight → Action (Together)
Welcome to this week’s 3-Pillar Integration Lab — a space to slow down, reflect, and take one doable step forward.
This is not live coaching and not a free-for-all. It’s a guided integration space where you can:
- Clarify what pillar needs attention
- Name a realistic action step
- Get unstuck starting — without pressure to overshare
🧱 This Week’s Structure
We’ll be working with the 3 Pillars:- 🥗 Nourishment
- 🧘♀️ Self-Care
- 🌱 Personal Development
You’ll notice this lab focuses on application, not perfection.
✍️ Before the Lab (Optional but Encouraged)
If you want personalized next steps, please complete the 3-Pillar Laser Coaching Form before the call.👉 Google Form Link: FILL OUT THIS FORM
I’ll respond with written action steps via Skool DM or email (depending on your tier).🔥 Hot Seat Opportunities (1–2 Spots)
During today’s lab, we’ll have 1–2 prepared hot seats.
If selected, you’ll be invited to briefly share:- Which pillar are you’re focusing on
- One action step you want to take this week
- Where you feel stuck at the start (time, energy, fear, overwhelm, etc.)
💡 Hot seats are about starting — not fixing everything.
If you’re not in a hot seat, you’ll still gain clarity by watching the process and applying it to your own situation.👀 Not Sharing Live? That’s Perfectly OK
You’re welcome to:- Listen only
- Reflect quietly
- Take notes
- Apply the questions to yourself
There is no requirement to speak to benefit from this lab.
📝 After the Lab
You’re invited to post in the comments (optional):- The pillar you’re focusing on
- One small action step you’re committing to this week
This is about momentum, not performance.
✨ This lab exists to help you build self-trust through consistent, compassionate action — one pillar at a time.
I’m glad you’re here.
✨ Don't forget to fill out your 👉 3-Pillar Integration Lab Form 👈
