What we’re about

The Sober Rebel Club For System-Impacted Women - Bay Area
Hiking • Paddle boarding • Movie Nights • Wellness • Friendship • All Alcohol-Free

Welcome, Rebel — this is your space for alcohol-free adventure, connection, and community in the Bay Area.

Whether you’re sober, rebuilding after alcohol, or simply craving friendships that don’t revolve around drinking, you belong here.

The Sober Rebel Club is a community created by women, for women — rooted in healing, nervous-system support, movement, and real connection.

This is a trauma-informed space where women can build strength, joy, and belonging together.

What We Do

We gather for empowering, alcohol-free experiences designed to support the mind, body, and soul:

  • Women’s hiking groups
  • Paddle boarding adventures
  • Botanical garden walks
  • Trailhead hikes + stretch sessions
  • Journaling & reflection circles
  • Weekly virtual support calls
  • Sober movie nights
  • Race training & fitness meetups
  • BYOT (Build Your Own Taco 🌮) nights
  • Resume/LinkedIn Labs
  • Resource sharing for sober living
  • Book clubs that empower women
  • Nervous-system healing tools

Every event is designed to foster emotional safety, connection, and healing.

Why “Rebel Women”?

  1. Because choosing sobriety in a culture that glamorizes alcohol is rebellious.
  2. Because women deserve a life that is peaceful, powerful, and free.
  3. Because we rise higher when we rise together.

You’re not just quitting alcohol —
you’re reclaiming your life, your nervous system, and your joy.
