Volunteer-Run & Community-Powered
Our group is run by volunteer event organizers who plan and host activities in their own free time—doing things they genuinely enjoy and want to share with others. Events are created when and how our organizers are able, so schedules and offerings may vary.
If you’re interested in helping plan, host, or support events, we’d love to hear from you. Please reach out to us via direct message or email to get involved.
Cancellations, No-Shows, and Communication Policy
If you're feeling sick or unwell, we completely understand — your health comes first! We kindly ask that you take a moment to update your RSVP to "Not Attending" as soon as you're able, even if it's just a quick update when you have a minute.
For all group events, please update your RSVP at least two hours before the event if you can no longer attend.
We enforce a three-strike policy for no-shows or lack of communication. After three instances of missing an event without notice, members will be removed from the group.

Each session is a breezy 10–15 minute shoot. While you wait for your turn (or if you're just there for the vibes!), join the group picnic area to mingle with other locals and creatives.
What’s Included for Photo Participants:- 3 High-Resolution Digital Portraits: Professionally edited and delivered via a private online gallery.
- The Early Bird Perk: The first 15 participants will receive a complimentary instant Polaroid to take home on the spot! 🎞️
- Full Gallery Access: You’ll have the option to purchase additional individual images or the entire digital album later.

📝 How to Prepare & What to Bring- Picnic Vibes: Pack a blanket and your favorite snacks or drinks.
- Fun & Shade: If you have card games, board games, or casual lawn games (cards, Spikeball, etc.) or a pop-up canopy for extra shade, please feel free to bring them along!
- Photo Ready: If you're shooting, wear what makes you feel like "you." (Neutrals and pastels look incredible against the Silver Lake greens and blues!)
