Calling all anime fans, cosplayers, and artists! 🎴 The long-running local favorite, Animefest, is back and open to the public! This is a high-energy, student-run convention that brings the best of anime culture right to the heart of UC San Diego.
Whether you’re a seasoned "pro-con" attendee or this is your first time, come celebrate the fandom with us!

Time: 11:00 AM-8 PM
Location: 2nd Floor, Price Center, UCSD (Look for the signs near the ballroom!)
Price: $5 for General Public (Free for UCSD Students/Staff/Affiliates with ID)

🎨 What to Expect

• Artist Alley: Shop unique prints, charms, and stickers from talented local artists! 🛍️
• Cosplay Masquerade: Show off your best gear or cheer on the amazing craftsmanship on stage! 📸
• Interactive Panels: Dive deep into anime history, voice acting, or industry trends.
• Gaming & Performances: From rhythm games to live dance performances, there’s never a dull moment! 💃

🚗 Parking & Getting There
Navigating UCSD can be a quest of its own! Here is the best way to get here:

• Primary Parking: The Gilman Parking Structure or Hopkins Parking Structure are the closest to the Price Center.
• Cost: On weekends, visitor parking is typically via the ParkMobile App. Check the app for current rates and zones. 📱
• Pro Tip: Look for "V" (Visitor) spots. Always check the signs to avoid a ticket!
• Trolley Access: Take the Blue Line Trolley directly to the UCSD Central Campus station. It’s a short walk to the Price Center from there! 🚈

🍱 Fuel Your Adventure
The Price Center is home to a huge food court! Grab a bite at Burger King, Tapioca Express (Boba!), Santorini, or Sunshine Market right downstairs between panels.
Don’t forget to bring your camera and your best "plus ultra" energy! See you at the con! 🌟
