"Die Before You Die"-A Loving Spiritual Death & Rebirth Breathwork Experience

In this intensive you will reenact a Spiritual Death and Rebirth

We will:

-Identity what is holding you back from your truest self (Certain people, bad situations, negative thoughts, old patterns, personal struggles, etc) and understand your illusions that cause separation from your core.

-Go through a very powerful extended transformational Breathwork, Sound, and Deep Meditation Journey where you will release those attachments, free yourself of the shackles of the mind and body that bind you, Die to everything that doesn't serve you, then come back and rebirth your new YOU!

This highly focused and powerful experience greatly accelerates the user’s personal transformation by bypassing the conscious mind and going directly to the subconscious mind, where all true possibilities exist.

Many instruments will be used including drums, gong, shakers, bowls and more! Along with facilitator guidance and a symphony of emotional music, will take you on a powerful extrasensory and internal journey you’ll want to do again and again.

Please bring your own pillow, blanket, mat and maybe eye mask. I do have limited extra blankets and mats if needed. Eat lightly 1-2 hours before.

About the facilitator:

Colter has led over 600 meditation and breathwork groups since 2009 and loves to create sacred spaces for personal transformation and growth. He is a 200 YTT certified yoga instructor, graduate of ASU's WP Carey School of Business, Realtor, and has studied and participated in many different types of self development experiences, including internal alchemy exercises, sacred ceremonies, and multilevel consciousness exploration. These meditative breathwork experiences can be a quite powerful experience in such a short amount of time and he wants to share them with as many as possible. Colter creates an environment that makes you feel connected to yourself, to other participants, and to the pulse of life inside us all.
