Being an empath is a beautiful gift — but it can feel heavy when you unknowingly, unconsciously absorb and carry the emotions and pain of others, or you endlessly give or sacrifice for others .
In this gentle, heart-opening gathering, we’ll explore what it truly means to be an empath, share our experiences, and begin to understand deeper what really means to be empathic, where our energy ends and another’s begins.
Through discussion in a warm, safe, and supportive space, you’ll feel seen, understood, and welcomed exactly as you are.
Participants will experience:
