SPTA Spring Drill and Play - Saturdays & Sundays 11-1 (Beginner-Intermediate)

120 minute time Structure:
15-30 minute short and full court hitting warm ups with specific assignments to start the day with focus and clarity.
CONSISTENCY and TOTAL BALLS IN PLAY Is the focus.
15 minute stretch while reviewing the "Theme of the Day."
VISUALIZATION THROUGH DEMONSTRATION AND PARTICIPATION.
30 minutes of feeding, or self-feeding, drills that will emphasize a theme of that day.
FOCUSED CONSISTENCY PRACTICE ON "THEME OF THE DAY"
30 minutes active live ball drilling, or rule-enhanced competitive play, with continued reference to said theme that day.
INCREASED RESPONSIBILTY HITTING THAT CHALLENGES THE INDIVIDUAL AT THEIR STAGE OF PLAY.
15-30 minutes Coach games or Competitive play.
FINISH THE DAY WITH SOME FUN COMPITITION AND GROUP PARTICIPATION THAT ENDS IT ALL WITH A SMILE.
5 minutes review and Q&A session

Enjoy a fun time with friends working in a “cooperative” play to learn format that keeps everyone focused on their own practice tips, while helping each other do better with theirs! We finish our classes with some fun games and point play to wrap up a good workout with even more excitement and smiles!

Organizer cancelations or rainouts receive full refunds or class credit in accordance to SPTA policies. Classes have the potential to be canceled when 2 players or less are signed up, inclement weather, or emergency purposes. SPTA Policies are available for view at player request.

New SPTA fee structures offer members 20%~100% discounts for classes, season passes, as well as private lessons and special events.
