🤍 Quieting Your Inner Critic 🤍
Hi! My name is Natalya, and I’m a certified Life Coach who is passionate about helping women find their inner strength and become successful in who they choose to be.
I will be holding a small 6-week reflective group for women called Quieting Your Inner Critic .
This group is designed to help women become more aware of the way they speak to themselves internally and explore those patterns in a supportive, honest, and compassionate environment.
I chose this topic because the way we speak to ourselves can influence nearly every part of our lives, often without us even realizing it.
Our inner critic can affect:
• confidence and self-worth
• relationships and communication
• motivation and success
• perfectionism and burnout
• anxiety, shame, and self-doubt
• our ability to trust ourselves and take action
When that inner voice is constantly critical or fearful, it can quietly hold us back from opportunities, connection, growth, and the life we actually want. Learning to recognize and soften those patterns can create more clarity, confidence, self-trust, and emotional freedom.
🌿 This will be the first time Quieting Your Inner Critic is being offered. Because of that, spots are intentionally limited and the cost for the full 6-week experience is being kept at just $5 while I continue shaping and growing the experience collaboratively with participants. Feedback, openness, and consistency are a very important part of this process.
🕊 Tuesdays from June 2 through July 7 at 7PM EST
Because this is a small group experience, I ask that you only reserve a spot if you truly plan to attend all 6 sessions . Consistency helps build trust, connection, and deeper conversations within the group, and each person’s presence matters.
Topics may include:
• self-criticism
• perfectionism
• imposter syndrome
• comparison
• shame and self-worth
• self-trust and self-compassion
To help this space feel safe and supportive, I ask that what is shared in the group stays within the group, and that we approach each other with openness and without judgment. Speaking honestly and from the heart helps create the kind of environment where meaningful reflection can happen.
My role will simply be to hold space and guide the conversation with thoughtful questions each session. The direction of our discussions will come largely from what participants bring and what feels important to explore together.
This group is not therapy or a replacement for mental health treatment, but a reflective and supportive space for conversation, awareness, and personal growth.
For those interested in joining, this is a chance to be part of an intimate 6-week experience centered around reflection, connection, and growth at a very accessible price while the group is first being introduced.
