Every Wed & Sat - NIA® Dynamic Blend of Dance & Self-Healing w/ Randy Miller Balancing technical precision with free-form expression, NIA® brings the mind, body and emotions into optimal health through movement, music and the freedom to express yourself. Randy will teach all about the benefits and perks of this growing technique and how to perform it. After the moves have been taught and demonstrated, the class will be interactive with everyone performing the routine together. Come get your body moving, feel the music in your soul and dance! No Experience Needed. Randy Miller is a certified 1st degree black belt instructor of NIA® and has been teaching in Los Angeles for years!
