Full moon meditation - Wesak: the most powerful of the year. (250 SEK)

This event was initially going to be more suitable for people who have at least elementary familiarity with the concept of chakras and energy body. Then we added an introduction to the beginning of the session so it can introduce everyone with some practical knowledge of chakras and energy body and how we can use this knowledge to help ourselves in our daily life, relationships, and work.

The exact moment of the full moon this time is Wednesday Apr 24th early morning so some of us will be practicing online for the exact moment. But since this full moon is special we will be gathering before the actual day on Monday in order to prepare ourselves for the coming days.

Plan for this event:

• 6:00 pm welcome (welcome earlier as well)
• 6:05 pm a simple fika
• 6:15 pm a talk on energy bodies, chakras, and the practical application of this knowledge in our daily lives. Q & A.
• 7:00 pm talk on Wesak itself, full moon, and preparation tips.
• 8:00 pm start of a guided meditation
• 8:45 pm closing the program.

This full moon is known as WESAK, comes from the Sanskrit term Vaisakha, which refers to the month when Wesak is celebrated, and is one of the most auspicious festivals in many cultures.

Though for some, Wesak appears to be a Buddhist practice, it is universal in nature. People from various backgrounds, races and religions gather together every year to take part in this great act of service and to receive the tremendous amount of spiritual energies and blessings that pour down on earth to accelerate their spiritual development.

Wesak believed to be the most powerful full moon of the year, Wesak meditation is conducted on the exact time of the full moon of Taurus.
In fact three full moons are very important in spiritual calendars: full moon of Aries, also known as the Easter, full moon of Taurus, also known as the Wesak and full moon of Gemini, also known as the festival of Goodwill.
