As a community, join us if you'd like to learn about fasting. Many of us are fasting for 1 day (24hours) while we only drink water. Some of us are doing this water fasting up to 4 days.

There have been many health benefits associated to fasting.
Join us in person in Bromma, Stockholm or else join us online while we discuss this tradition, and science. We will discuss the effects observed in the

  • First 12 hours of water fasting (which includes body's increase in producing energy from burning fat)
  • First 24 hours (which includes autophagy where the body eats/recycles its own bad cells, cellular debris and pathogens; and a decrease in brain inflammation)
  • Day 2 of water fasting (includes increase of human growth hormone; reduction of fatty liver)
  • Day 3 of water fasting
  • Physical activities during fasting.
  • As well as some complimentary tips and services that we will be offering.
  • We will also teach a 5- min mindfulness meditation technique for those who want to try an energy practice which is both purificatory and energizing.

* Disclaimer:
Our bodies are different and so everyone needs to consult their own doctor to know if fasting is recommended to them or what type of fasting can suit them best. Who this type of fasting is NOT intended for:

  • Diabetic or pre-diabetic patients
  • Insulin dependent
  • Ladies during their menstruation or even the week before your cycle should not do this long fasting.
  • Hypoglycemia (those that without eating go shaking, irritable, angry)
  • Those who are on different kinds of medications, because when you fast this long, your doses would change. So you should consult your doctor before attempting this.
  • In the cases of above you are welcome to join the session but you should not do this type of fasting. Please contact us separately for tips.
