Welcome to The Village — Italian Language Club in Milan.
A welcoming place to learn Italian, practise speaking and get to know people — whether you’re starting from zero or have lived here for years but still struggle to find the words or the courage.
TWO WAYS TO JOIN
1- Italian for Total Beginners
A class for people starting from zero. Build your foundations through clear explanations, guided practice and interactive activities, and start using Italian in everyday situations. No previous knowledge is needed.
2- Italian Conversation & Confidence
You know some Italian, but need more opportunities or encouragement to speak. Practise through guided conversations, role play and games in a friendly, supportive group. You don’t need an advanced level: each event will explain the starting knowledge needed.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Small groups, personal attention and opportunities for everyone to participate. We learn together, welcome mistakes and build confidence through practice.
I’m Francesca. I lived in 6 countries and learned 5 languages (and some other bits!) Learning the local language helped me feel more at home when living abroad. That experience inspired me to create a space where learning Italian also means finding connection and a sense of belonging.
OUR SPACE
We meet at The Village Milano Isola, a welcoming and informal home studio in Milan’s Isola neighbourhood. Not a classroom, a space to grow together. We also organise outings and events outside.
