About us
Magic awaits with the Malliway Bros!
Witches, wizards, sorcerers, warlocks, enchanters, and magic-makers of all kinds will find community and fun at the Witches' Conclave. We offer workshops and rituals focusing on various aspects of witchcraft with an emphasis on being operative and results-oriented. Practitioners of all skill levels are welcome to attend our meetings, whether you're a fresh witchling just starting off or have been working the weird ways of witchcraft for ages.
We provide inclusive rituals for the phases of the moon and open celebrations for the witch's sabbats. Our classes focus on a wide spectrum of traditional and operative magic, drawing inspiration from our time in the wilds of England's west country.
The Conclave often gathers at our witch shop, Malliway Bros, located at 1407 W Morse Avenue, in the bustling Roger's Park neighborhood of Chicago.
THE WITCHES' CONCLAVE CODE OF CONDUCT
No matter our paths, what spirits we work with, or what forces we conjure, at the Witches' Conclave let's gather in peace. We are here to learn and to spread our magic and in order to do this, there are a few guidelines to follow:
-No photography or recordings of others without their permission.
-Respect other's privacy if they do not wish to share personal information, social media, email, phone numbers, addresses, or spend time outside of the Conclave.
-Do not use the Conclave as a dating pool.
-Do not solicit other members for business or money during events.
-Do not come to or become intoxicated during any classes or rituals. Drinking alcohol is accepted during social events but if it gets out of control, you will be escorted from the event. Repeated offences will result in a ban.

Witchcraft is more than just spells and potions. It certainly encompasses these things, but to reduce Witchcraft to nothing more than this strips it of one of its greatest strengths: its relationship with the Gods. Over the next six classes, a small cohort of practitioners will be led through a series of workshops designed to help them build a working relationship with the Gods. Each class combines discussion and hands-on ritual and take-home assignments to help each participant connect even more deeply with the subject matter. You will get out of this workshop exactly what you put into it, so come ready to participate! Witches of all skill levels are welcome to attend, but please note that each class will build upon the last and you cannot join once the course has begun.
Of Sacrifice & Offerings
In the fourth of this six part series, we'll explore the role that offerings, sacrifice, and acts of devotion play in cultivating a lasting relationship with the gods. Drawing upon both historical traditions and modern practice, students will learn how to make meaningful offerings and establish regular devotional rituals. We will also explore the role of reciprocity with the gods while discussing how consistent acts of devotion can lead to an intense and powerful devotional relationship with the gods.2 attendees - $10.00

See you there! You might have thought that the spooky season ended on October 31, but that was just the beginning! This night marks the festival of Hecate, goddess of crossroads, ghosts, and witchcraft! Come gather to talk a bit about this night, its importance, and the influence of the goddess herself on or magic.
