About us

What do you Wonder about? How do you Move?

Are you the person who has to go on a run to clear their head? You run to let your mind wander.

Do you have your best ideas on your walks? You walk to explore your thoughts.

Is the gym your headspace time? You lift and listen to interesting perspectives.

Most of my best thinking has never happened at a desk. It's happened on runs, on walks, in the middle of a workout. I doubt I'm alone in that.

This group is for us — the "thinkers that move."

I'm sure many of us (intentionally or not) have movement routines that double as our thinking routines. But as good as those routines are, they can be isolating.

So let's get together. Move our bodies, wrestle with new ideas, have conversations that matter.

Maybe it turns into a book club that walks. A hiking ideation session. A workout with prompted reflection. Maybe it's something none of us have named yet.

Who knows. The group that gathers will decide how we do this. But the philosophy and intention are set.

This is the bat signal for all you other thinkers that move. Time to get together, get to know each other, and see what we make of it.

PS — Maybe you're locked into one side or the other. You've got the fitness routine but not the reading habit. Or the reading habit but not the movement. And you're curious what it might look like to bring those two practices together. This is also for you.
