Next up, we'll move around one of the oldest questions humans have carried: what does it mean to live A GOOD LIFE?

Humans have answered this question differently across time. Aristotle called it flourishing. Others have pointed to meaning, purpose, contribution, connection, or joy. Contemporary thinkers and researchers are asking the same question with new language. And now feels like an especially resonant time to be asking it again.

Most of us carry some version of this question without ever really stopping to answer it. Either because we're too busy trying to live one, or because the answer feels too big to work out.

Here's what to expect:

  • We'll open with a welcome, a quick intro to the topic, and a few notes on how we do this together.
  • The walk will be broken into a few stretches, each with a question to sit with.
  • You'll be paired up to talk it through as we walk, and we'll mix the pairs each round so you get to meet a few people.
  • We'll close with smaller group reflections to share what came up across the conversations.

There is no prep. While we may explore various movement activities and formats in the future, it will always be open to all fitness levels. (And if you want to challenge yourself, feel free to bring or wear a weighted vest or backpack to make it more of a ruck.)

Otherwise just bring yourself, your walking shoes, and a willingness to think out loud with new people.

Looking forward to gathering again. Whether you were at a prior walk or this is your first time with the group, glad to have you walking with us.
